Job Summary
Position: Escrow Support Processor
Location: Mesa AZ 100% Onsite
Schedule: Monday Friday Business Shift
Contract Assignment:ASAP Start (Once Onboarding Clears) 8/18/2026 (Potential Extension/Temp to Perm)
Pay Rate: $19/HR Paid Weekly
Training Provided
Note: Candidates should be located near Mesa AZ to minimize commute challenges.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Support Processor to join a fast-paced production environment supporting residential escrow operations. This role is responsible for processing high volumes of escrow-related documentation tied to the initiation and closing of residential escrow files.
This is a behind-the-scenes processing role focused strictly on production and document management. The position does not involve direct communication with branch offices customers agents or lenders.
The ideal candidate is highly organized self-motivated and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a deadline-driven environment. Overtime may occasionally be required during peak closing periods and month-end cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review escrow documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Support the setup and closing of residential escrow files.
- Maintain compliance with company procedures and escrow regulations.
- Handle high-volume processing tasks in a production-focused setting.
- Prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 12 years of escrow processing experience preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of escrow procedures and awareness of escrow regulations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with strong accuracy and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong decision making skills self-motivated flexible and adaptable.
Working Conditions:
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
- The ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Use of computers and technology.
