The Escrow Operations Support is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

Answering and managing incoming phone calls.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
Monitoring and ordering office supplies.
Preparing and sending escrow opening packages.
Preparing and sending closing packages according to Escrow Officer instructions.
Providing light escrow file processing support.
Organizing and maintaining escrow documentation.
Assisting the escrow team with general administrative and operational needs.

Required qualifications for the position include:

Familiarity with standard escrow procedures.
Knowledge of escrow opening and closing documentation.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

Familiarity with EVO/RBJ escrow software is a plus

Pay Rate:$25.00 an hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
