The Escrow Officer is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Assisting Commercial Escrow Officers with commercial real estate transactions from opening through post-closing.
- Opening and maintaining escrow files and ensuring accurate recordkeeping.
- Reviewing contracts and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Preparing escrow-related documents closing packages settlement statements and correspondence.
- Coordinating with buyers sellers lenders attorneys brokers and internal teams to facilitate timely closings.
- Monitoring transaction timelines and following up on outstanding requirements.
- Assisting with escrow funding disbursements and post-closing activities.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies underwriting requirements and applicable regulations.
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to client inquiries.
- Minimum 13 years of experience in escrow title real estate mortgage legal or related administrative support.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
