Escrow Manager

Overview:
Our company a Fortune 300 real estate services company is seeking an experienced Title & Escrow Operations Manager to lead a high-volume multi-county operation. This role combines hands-on production with leadership compliance and operational oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee title and escrow operations from opening through post-closing
• Ensure compliance with Florida regulations underwriting guidelines and quality standards
• Lead coach and develop an operations team across multiple counties
• Maintain an active production desk while managing overall office performance
• Act as the main point of contact for high-volume real estate offices and agents
• Track performance metrics and implement process improvements

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of title and escrow processes
• Experience leading teams in a high-volume title or real estate environment
• Ability to balance production team management and operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Active Florida Title Insurance License required
