- Senior remuneration package in the range of $208921 to $261151 p.a. (including superannuation)
- Albury-Wodonga Bathurst Dubbo Orange Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced transformation leader to shape the future of people systems and employee experience at Charles Sturt University.
Reporting to the Executive Director People and Culture the ERP HRMS Stream Lead will lead the evaluation implementation and delivery of a new Human Resource Management System (HRMS) as part of the Universitys broader Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program. The role is accountable for delivering business-led transformation across workforce planning employee lifecycle management payroll readiness organisational design data transition stakeholder engagement and change management activities.
Working closely with senior executives project teams technology leaders external vendors and implementation partners you will ensure the successful delivery of one of the Universitys most significant technology and business transformation initiatives.
About you
To succeed in this role you will bring:
- A degree qualification in Human Resources Organisational Development Business Commerce or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Significant experience leading People and Culture transformation initiatives ERP HRMS implementations or enterprise-scale change programs within complex organisations.
- Strong knowledge of workforce operating models employee lifecycle management workforce planning payroll industrial relations compliance and reporting requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Highly developed project leadership communication risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in higher education the public sector and enterprise HR platforms such as Workday Oracle HCM SAP SuccessFactors Dayforce or TechnologyOne HRP will be highly regarded.
