Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Global Training Curriculum & Content Ownership
- Own and maintain the global training curriculum for digital systems across ERP MES quality and maintenance: role-based training programs transaction guides process overviews and job aids aligned to current global standards as defined by the relevant Global Process Digital Authorities.
- Partner with GPDAs to ensure training content reflects the current approved process and system standard; every standard update triggers a training content review and refresh.
- Develop and maintain training content for workflows that span multiple systems ensuring training reflects the integrated process rather than each system in isolation.
- Establish and own the global training content governance process: version control update triggers review cycles and retirement of outdated materials.
Capability Maturity & LPDA / Site Training Leader Coaching
- Define and maintain a digital systems capability maturity framework spanning ERP MES quality and maintenance systems establishing clear stages of proficiency for site-level teams and providing a consistent way to assess benchmark and track digital systems expertise across the network.
- Coach and develop the global network of LPDAs and Site Training Leaders: build their proficiency on current standards the business rationale behind them and how to deliver training and support effectively at the local level.
- Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for new LPDAs and Site Training Leaders joining the network ensuring they are functional on the global standard before taking on local training responsibilities.
- Partner with functional leaders and GPDAs to identify capability gaps across the network and design targeted interventions that close them without requiring full retraining programs.
Deployment Support & Continuous Improvement
- Support ERP MES and other digital system deployments with structured training programs: needs assessments curriculum mapping delivery planning and post-go-live reinforcement that sustains capability through the transition period.
- Partner with the Digital Change Enablement Leader to align training delivery with the broader change enablement strategy for each deployment.
- Track training completion capability maturity progression and post-deployment proficiency indicators across sites; surface gaps to the relevant GPDA or LPDA and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain and evolve the global training content library and maturity framework as standards systems and business processes evolve over time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Supply Chain Education or a related field.
- 7 years in ERP training functional configuration or supply chain operations in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Deep hands-on proficiency with SAP across materials management production planning and related supply chain modules able to demonstrate transactions and explain the business logic behind them.
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training programs for diverse user populations in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
- Experience coaching and developing site-level key users super users or training leaders in a global organization.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills; able to explain complex system logic in plain language for frontline users and in business terms for functional leaders.
Desired Characteristics
- Experience supporting ERP MES quality or maintenance system deployments in a functional training or change enablement capacity.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and digital learning tools for developing scalable training content.
- Experience designing or applying capability maturity models in a manufacturing or operations context.
- Background in lean or continuous improvement; understands how training quality connects to operational performance and standard work adherence.
- Comfortable operating in a role where the curriculum and maturity model are always evolving alongside the standards they support.
