Primary Responsibilities:
The Enterprise Request Fulfillment (ERF) Account Management Technician performs day-to-day user account provisioning and administration services.
Additionally in this position you will:
- Create and modify user accounts.
- Process access requests.
- Maintain audit records.
- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding.
- Support account reconciliation activities.
Qualifications:
- Three (3) years of account management experience.
