The Equity Administration Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the companys equity compensation programs ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role manages equity data reporting and vendor relationships while providing strategic guidance to optimize equity processes and support employee experience.Job Profile Summary
The Equity Administration Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the companys equity compensation programs ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role manages equity data reporting and vendor relationships while providing strategic guidance to optimize equity processes and support employee experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Followingis a summary of the essential functions for this duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned activities may change from time to time.
- Manage administration of company equity programs including stock options RSUs and other long-term incentives.
- Ensureaccuraterecord-keeping and data integrity within equity systems and HRIS integrations.
- Oversee equity transaction processing vesting schedules and tax implications in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Lead communications and education programs for employeesregardingequity plans and benefits.
- Collaborate with Finance Legal and Payroll teams to ensureaccurateaccounting and reporting.
- Prepare reports for management and regulatory filings including SEC and tax-related disclosures.
- Manage relationships with external vendors brokers and equity service providers.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency accuracy and compliance across equity administration activities.
- Monitorlegislative and market trends affecting equity programs and advise on necessary updates.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledgeskilland/or ability be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Human Resources or related field.
- 5 years of experience in equity compensation administration or related HR/finance discipline.
- Experience managing equity programs for publicly traded companies preferred.
- Proficiencywith equity compensation software and HRIS systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft and familiarity Visual Basic for Applications macros. (VBA)
- Proven ability to deliver clear and professional presentations and communications with senior executives
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy with the ability to work confidently and precisely with both quantitative data and written documents including legal and business communications
CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / REGISTRATIONS
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation preferred.
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of equity compensation plans and relevant regulations.
- Advanced analytical and reporting skills for equity data management.
- Proficiencyin systems integration and vendor platform management.
- Ability to interpret and apply SEC IRS and global compliance guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills to educate employees and partner with stakeholders.
- Project managementexpertisefor implementing process improvements.
