Equipment Transport Operator, CDL A (Earthwork & Paving)

Power the field by delivering the right machine to the right site at the right timesafely legally and efficientlyso crews can execute asphalt paving excavation grading earthwork and site preparation without delay.

• Local-only hauling home nightly
• Schedule: MondayFriday day shift (typical 6:00 AM start)
• Starting pay: $28/hour

• Operate CDL-A tractors with equipment trailers to transport heavy machinery between regional project sites.
• Load and unload graders loaders dump trucks plows hot shots and more.
• Apply expert load securement using chains binders straps and correct tie-down methods.
• Perform detailed pre- and post-trip inspections; complete precise transportation logs and paperwork.
• Adhere to DOT requirements and company safety protocols.
• Partner with dispatch and field teams to align schedules and delivery windows.
• Assist with equipment handling on-site as needed.

• Class A CDL in good standing (no exemptions)
• Demonstrated experience hauling heavy equipment
• Fluency in DOT regulations and securement practices
• Ability to operate or assist with heavy equipment in a safe controlled manner
• Dependable safety-driven work habits
