Equipment Operator (Tucson, AZ)

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

Our Equipment Operators monitor concrete pipe machines conveyors mixers feeders and bins to maximize production and deliver high-quality products

Working in a fast-paced outdoor production environment youll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and safely.

A highlight of your day-to-day will include:

• Performing pre-shift inspections of pipe machine and equipment
• Manufactures products in accordance with standard operating procedures; inspects the forming to ensure the forming is properly set up and ready for production; installs a variety of different molds and makes appropriate adjustments per operating manual prior to running machine; monitors automated system to ensure product is manufactured correctly.
• Strips finished product from molds and stacks in the product area utilizing overhead crane and proper lifting devices; finishes concrete according to specifications. Cleans machine once production is completed for the day.
• Assisting with preventative and reactive maintenance including changing molds greasing equipment replacing rollers performing belt splices and maintaining hoppers
• Assisting with site projects as requested by management and team members
• Helping maintain a clean organized and safe work environment at the end of each shift
