Warehouse Material Handler / Reach Forklift Operator

Location: Coppell TX
Pay Rate:Up to 19.25per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable Warehouse Material Handlers and experienced Reach Forklift Operators to support operations at a facility in Coppell TX. This role focuses on moving staging and repositioning materials throughout the warehouse to reconfigure space for new customers.

Please note: This is not a forklift-only position. Candidates must be flexible and willing to assist in general labor and other warehouse departments as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Move stage and reorganize materials throughout the warehouse
• Safely operate warehouse equipment including:
  • Reach forklift
  • Sit-down forklift
  • Electric pallet jack
• Use manual pallet jacks as required
• Assist with warehouse layout changes and space reconfiguration projects
• Support general labor and other warehouse tasks when not operating a forklift
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Work collaboratively with warehouse staff to meet project timelines

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
• Proven experience operating reach forklifts required
• Experience with sit-down forklifts and electric pallet jacks
• Forklift certification preferred
• Ability to lift push and pull materials throughout the shift
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Assignment Details

• Pay Rate: $19.25/hour
• Duration: Temp to hire depending on experience reliability & Performance.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand walk bend and lift for extended periods
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment
