Position: Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) Expert Data Centers
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100$140/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 510 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Review tasks involving design coordination procurement vendor data drawing packages EOR revisions constructability and more.
• Check scope interfaces technical requirements schedule logic and material constraints.
• Identify ambiguity conflicting documents missing constraints or unrealistic deliverables.
• Improve task prompts supporting artifacts acceptance criteria rubrics and programmatic checks.
• Produce clear technical findings and validate corrected tasks end to end.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 2 years of experience delivering data centers or complex capital projects through EPC design-build or construction-management models.
• Relevant roles include Project Engineer Engineering Manager Design Manager Construction Manager Field Engineer Procurement Engineer Commissioning Manager Project Controls Lead or Technical Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design and construction interfaces.
• Able to interpret large document sets specifications drawings schedules equipment submittals cost and constraint registers and field records.
• Precise detail-oriented and able to explain technical issues clearly in writing.

Preferred

• Experience at a leading EPC design-build engineering or construction firm.
• PE PMP CCM or commissioning credentials.
