Aligned Talent Acquisition is partnering with a nationally recognized law firm seeking an experienced Environmental & Tort Litigation Associate Attorney to join its practice in Chicago IL.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with a strong litigation background who is interested in sophisticated environmental and tort matters complex disputes and building a long-term career within an established national law firm.

• 3 years of litigation experience preferably involving environmental litigation tort litigation or complex civil disputes.

• Experience with legal research pleadings motions discovery and litigation strategy.

• Strong legal research writing analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple litigation matters and meet deadlines.

• Experience with depositions expert witnesses or trial preparation is a plus.

• A collaborative team-oriented approach to working with attorneys and clients.
