Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Environmental & Tort Associate Attorney opportunity with a sophisticated law firm in Dallas.

This opportunity is ideal for a litigation associate interested in handling complex matters at the intersection of environmental law toxic tort product liability and complex litigation.

Ideal Background

3 years of litigation experience

Experience with environmental litigation toxic tort product liability or other complex litigation matters

Experience handling matters in state and federal courts

Experience drafting pleadings motions briefs discovery requests and other litigation documents

Experience managing discovery depositions expert witnesses and case strategy

Strong legal research writing analytical and advocacy skills

Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters and work collaboratively within a litigation team

Strong client service and communication skills

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted
