JOB TITLE: Campus Stewardship Standards Manager
DEPARTMENT: Facilities Environmental Services
CLASSIFICATION: Salary
JOB SUMMARY: The Standards Manager will steward the overall look condition and cleanliness of the campus provide direct oversight for in-house custodial and housekeeping staff including work-study students or temporary employees as well as any outside vendors providing custodial or maintenance services including grounds. The Standards Manager will maintain the department directors standards of cleanliness and visually pleasing condition of campus including buildings and grounds. This will include maintaining adequate supplies and equipment as necessary ensuring cost effectiveness and adequate stock levels and timecard approval within the department. The Standards Manager will work with maintenance and custodial staff to ensure standards are upheld and ensure adequate staffing is maintained for daily operations and special events. Any other duties assigned by the department director.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate or equivalent G.E.D. certificate.
Experience in supervisory or lead role preferred. Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8:00am 5:00pm or as needed for events. Overtime may be required.
