We are hiring an Environmental Program Planner for one of our clients in Trenton NJ.
Job Description:
Assist the full-time Tidelands staff appraiser with the tracking and assigning of work and assignments to hourly appraisers.
Ensure the required appraisal review reports and data are uploaded into the database.
Act as a liaison between the Tidelands case managers and/or the applicants and the Appraisal Unit staff.
Prepare correspondence including emails and letters to order appraisals or to provide other guidance or deficiency information.
The position also involves utilization of various types of electronic and/or manual recording and information systems used by the bureau including GIS and GPS.
Skills required:
Familiarity with the coastal environment (including urban suburban and rural areas) appraisal work and/or geography a plus.
Microsoft Office
Education Required:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelors degree
Work hours:
TBD
Lunch (unpaid): 30 minutes
