We are seeking a motivated and experienced Laboratory Supervisor to support daily operations within our Environmental Laboratory in Conroe TX.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative and results-driven laboratory professional with strong environmental laboratory expertise proven leadership capabilities and a passion for building high-performing teams within a fast-paced accredited testing environment. This individual thrives in a dynamic operational setting effectively manages shifting priorities and serves as a key technical and operational resource for laboratory personnel troubleshooting workflow optimization and environmental testing operations.

What Youll Do

• Provide day-to-day leadership supervision and operational support to laboratory personnel
• Assign prioritize and monitor laboratory workflows to ensure accurate and timely completion of testing activities
• Support staffing coordination scheduling training coaching and employee performance management
• Oversee laboratory operations instrumentation calibrations preventative maintenance and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with laboratory quality systems SOPs accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
• Review analytical data laboratory records and documentation for accuracy completeness and compliance
• Support troubleshooting activities involving instrumentation analytical methods and operational processes
• Monitor laboratory capacity inventory levels turnaround times and operational efficiency metrics
• Participate in audits investigations corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote and enforce laboratory safety policies PPE requirements and environmental health and safety procedures
• Collaborate with laboratory leadership and cross-functional teams to support operational priorities and objectives
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry Biology Environmental Science or related scientific discipline
• 3 years of progressive analytical laboratory experience in environmental or regulated laboratory environments
• 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience within a laboratory setting
• Demonstrated experience with laboratory instrumentation analytical testing methods quality systems and regulatory compliance
• Strong understanding of GLP SOPs quality assurance practices and laboratory safety procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and LIMS

Work Schedule & Travel

• Full-time onsite position based in Conroe TX
• Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as needed to support operational demands
• Occasional travel may be required for training audits meetings or operational support activities
