What youll do

• Assist with wetland and stream delineations field surveys and site assessments
• Collect and record field data including soil vegetation and water quality samples
• Support permitting and regulatory documentation for local state and federal agencies
• Use GIS and CAD tools to prepare maps exhibits and reports
• Work alongside experienced scientists and engineers on real client projects

What were looking for

• Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science Biology Natural Resources Ecology Geology or a related field
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and terrain
• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication
• Familiarity with ArcGIS or similar software is a plus
• Valid drivers license preferred

Were currently hiring Environmental interns to join our Environmental Group for our Richmond VA office.

Compensation: Our salary for this position beginning in May 2027 will be $20/hour. Offers are based on a range of job-related factors such as internal equity experience skills education credentials and role complexity.
