Entry Level Service Consultant

Pay: $18.00$20.00 per hour

Were looking for an enthusiastic customer-focused Entry-Level Service Consultant to join our Service Department. This position combines the responsibilities of a Customer Greeter and Service Porter while providing hands-on training to prepare you for the next step in your careerbecoming a Service Advisor.

• Welcome every customer with a friendly professional attitude.
• Greet customers as they arrive and assist them through the service drive.
• Help direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor.
• Move customer and dealership vehicles safely throughout the property.
• Keep the service drive and customer waiting areas clean organized and inviting.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and delivery.
• Shuttle vehicles between departments as needed.
• Maintain vehicle inventory on the service lot.
• Assist Service Advisors with daily tasks and customer follow-up.
• Learn dealership service processes repair orders scheduling and customer communication.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and friendly personality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand walk and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
