Support recruitment marketing campaigns and employer branding activities

Help identify prospective clients and staffing opportunities

Build relationships with job seekers clients and partners

Help generate leads and awareness of Our Companys services

Represent the company at career fairs hiring events and community outreach

Help create and distribute marketing materials

Coordinate recruiting events interviews and candidate engagement

Partner with recruiters and sales pros to improve strategies

Conduct basic market research on hiring trends and competitors

Track campaign performance and support KPI reporting

Provide admin support: data entry CRM updates scheduling

Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS

Deliver strong customer service to candidates and clients

Support onboarding communication and documentation

Recruitment marketing and employer branding

Sales support and client development

Talent sourcing and candidate engagement

Lead generation fundamentals
