This hybrid role requires working in our Lexington SC office three days per week.

What Youll Do

• Find Talent: Learn how to source candidates using job boards social media and networking.

• Screen Candidates: Help interview and assess candidates for skills and fit.

• Support Clients: Work with experienced recruiters to understand client needs and job openings.

• Stay Organized: Keep track of candidates and their progress throughout the hiring process.

• Learn the Industry: Gain insight into IT trends and the most in-demand tech skills.

• Build Relationships: Connect with candidates to ensure a great experience.

• Track Progress: Help report on key metrics like time-to-fill and candidate quality.

What Were Looking For

• A bachelors degree (or similar experience) in business HR or a related field.

• Interest in recruiting and the IT world.

• Strong communication and organization skills.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn recruiting tools.
