Entry Level Production Associate (Quality Technician 9pm-5am)

Pay: $20/hour with an additional $1 Shift Differential and Production Bonus

Hours: Monday - Friday

• 9pm-5am

Essential Duties and Tasks:

• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Responsible for in-process inspection and test verification for Quality Food Packaging Safety and other requirements.
• Ensure all QA bench-top test equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
• Responsible for documentation sampling and quarantining of non-conforming material. Maintains other sample requirements as defined.
• Must be comfortable working with quality testing equipment at the site.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Education and Experience:

• Associates degree preferred with a concentration in mathematics.
• Two (2) to five (5) years experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior quality experience in a similar role utilizing testing equipment strongly preferred.
• Candidate must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team effectively communicate get along with others positive attitude and well organized.
• Solid working knowledge of quality processes and related manufacturing.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Power Point) Visio Teams and Outlook
• Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal written and presentations) with executive leadership staff and internal and external clients.
• Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
• Self-confident self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging fast-paced environment.
