Heritage Roofing & Construction is growing throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas and were looking for motivated competitive people who want to build a high-income career.

This is a field-based outside sales and project coordination role with paid training uncapped commission mentorship and opportunities for advancement.

No roofing experience is required. Well teach you the industry the sales process and how to manage residential roofing projects from start to finish.

• Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting
• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Conduct roof and property inspections
• Identify and document potential storm damage
• Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
• Meet with insurance adjusters when needed
• Coordinate roofing projects from inspection through completion
• Build customer relationships and generate referrals
• Deliver a strong customer experience
