The Role:

Were looking for an energetic driven individual to become our next Operations Recruiter. No prior recruiting experience No problem. Well teach you the ropes you just need to bring the grit personality and desire to win. Youll be in charge of identifying screening and coordinating interviews for top sales talent across the Mid-Atlantic region.

What Youll Do:

Own the top of the funnel: post jobs source resumes and contact candidates

Conduct quick and engaging phone interviews (well teach you how)

Schedule candidates with our local hiring teams

Keep applicant tracking systems up-to-date and organized

Hit volume & hiring goals weekly this is fast-paced work!

What Were Looking For:

Recent college graduate or someone with a strong interest in recruiting/sales

Excellent communication skills phone presence is key

Comfortable working in a high-volume recruiting environment

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Competitive mindset youre motivated by goals and incentives
