Position Overview:
Bizzetta are seeking a dynamic and motivated Entry Level Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about marketing and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced collaborative environment. As an Entry Level Marketing Associate you will play a crucial role in assisting with the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and support business growth.

This position is fully on-site applicants must live in or near Charlotte NC. Immediate availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Support the creation of marketing content including blog posts social media updates and promotional materials.
• Manage and update company social media profiles and websites to ensure current and engaging content.
• Coordinate marketing events and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
