Entry Level Interior Designer

The Phoenixoffice of SmithGroupis looking for aEntry Level Interior Designerto join our team.

Working with us you will:

• Provide a full range of interior design services including generating overall interior design concepts formulating design presentation strategies and making presentations.
• Compile construction documents package for projects and deliver the design through documentation and detailing.
• Prepare develop and edit specifications.
• Select FF&E materials.
• Coordinate with consultants or subcontractors.
• Work to project budgets and schedules related to interior design component.

An ideal candidate has:

• A bachelors degree in Architecture Interior Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of interior design experience.
• LEED AP preferred.
• The understanding of space planning concepts and basic building code concepts.
• Exceptional graphic presentation skills with high proficiency in Revit AutoCAD SketchUP Photoshop Illustrator and In-Design programs.
