Entry Level Health Insurance Sales Advisor

NOVA HEALTH ADVISORS LLC is recruiting an Entry Level Health Insurance Sales Advisor in the Tampa Bay area. Help prospective customers understand health coverage options through clear conversations organized follow-up and attentive service.

What you will do
- Learn about each prospective customers coverage needs and priorities.
- Explain available health insurance options within your licensing and authorization.
- Follow up on inquiries arrange consultations and keep CRM records current.
- Assist with application steps and coordinate outstanding questions with the agency team.
- Work toward agreed sales goals while communicating accurately and professionally.

What we are looking for
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Reliable follow-up and attention to detail.
- Comfort using phones email and CRM software.
- Interest in developing a health insurance sales career.
- An appropriate insurance license and authorization before performing activities that require them. Include your current licensing status with your application.

Compensation and engagement
This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity with base compensation plus commission. The agency will explain the base amount commission schedule eligibility conditions and payment terms during the recruiting process. Earnings vary with production and applicable terms; no total earnings amount is guaranteed.
