Role: Hourly to Performance Pay Gutter Installer
Location: Dallas TX

Location: Dallas TX near Love Field Airport
Starting Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM start; availability through approximately 6:00 PM

The ideal Entry Level Gutter Installer candidate will possess:

Assist the installation crew with gutter installation and related work
Desire to grow with the company
Learn proper installation techniques and job-site procedures
Work safely on ladders and at residential job sites
Assist with loading unloading setup and cleanup
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus but not a requirement!
A desire to establish a positive work culture for all
A great sense of humor
OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred

The minimum requirements are:

Valid drivers license
18 years of age
Ability to pass a background screening and drug test
Comfortable working outdoors
Comfortable working on ladders and at various job sites
Reliable attendance

Pay and Growth Opportunity:

Starting pay: $17.00/hour during training
Opportunity for $0.50/hour raises through our Skills Ladder
Raises are based on performance knowledge skill development and ability to work independently
Once required skills are demonstrated and a production position is available apprentices may transition to production pay
Production installers earn 7%9% of production uncapped
Eligible for our 4 Corners Bonus Program
