Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level Event Specialist you will assist in the planning organization and execution of a variety of events including corporate meetings conferences social gatherings and community outreach programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to completion.
• Communicate with clients vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event logistics including scheduling venue arrangements and transportation.
• Support marketing efforts through event promotion and attendee communication.
• Help set up and break down event spaces to meet specific requirements.
