Entry Level Event Coordinator

Harvest Advertising Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with organizing and coordinating events promotional activities and on-site operations. This opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys planning managing details and working with others to ensure activities run smoothly. Training will be provided.

• Assist with organizing event schedules timelines and preparation tasks.
• Coordinate event materials signage displays and supplies.
• Communicate event details and assignments with team members.
• Support venue preparation event setup and post-event breakdown.
• Help ensure event spaces are organized and ready for attendees.
• Welcome guests and provide general event information when needed.
• Monitor supplies and communicate logistical needs to the team.
• Track assigned responsibilities and help maintain event schedules.
• Gather feedback and contribute ideas for improving future events.
• Follow company procedures and applicable safety guidelines.
