• Has experience in a skilled trade.
• Has strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and safely perform the physical demands of lifting equipment climbing ladders and operating multiple power tools.
