Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic communications team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in the communications field. As a Communications Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting internal and external communication efforts by coordinating various projects assisting in content creation and helping maintain consistent messaging across all channels.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and editing press releases newsletters and other communication materials.
- Support the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
- Coordinate logistics for events including meetings press conferences and promotional activities.
- Help maintain and update the companys website and intranet content.
- Monitor media coverage and compile reports for the communications team.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread content accurately.
