Key Responsibilities

• Collect clean and analyze data to identify trends patterns and business insights
• Support business teams by documenting requirements workflows and process maps
• Create reports dashboards and presentations using Excel Power BI or Tableau
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing and track issues and resolutions
• Maintain organized documentation and knowledge repositories
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvement initiatives

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree any field
• 01 years of experience (internships projects or training programs are acceptable)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
