Entry-Level Accounts Receivable Administrator

We are hiring an Entry-Level Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our centralized operations support team in Denver CO.

Where You Will Work

Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center where youll work alongside a collaborative team that supports communities across the country.

What You Will Do

• Provide centralized support for accounts receivable processes across AIRs apartment communities.
• Monitor process and audit resident account activity throughout the lease lifecycle.
• Communicate with site team members residents and prospects to ensure leasing-related processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide system administration support maintain accurate records and investigate discrepancies in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Complete and prioritize work requests received through a centralized support mailbox.
• Assist with delinquency and non-payment processes including supporting files through the eviction process.

Qualifications :

What You Have

• 1-2 years of customer service administrative retail hospitality or related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software applications and data-entry systems.
• Dependable work habits and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Property management experience is a plus but not required.
