Enterprise Service Administrator

Job Description:

Peraton is seeking anEnterprise Services Administratorto joinour national intelligence program that delivers engineering applicationdevelopment deployment operations upgrades and sustainment of products and services toachieve ourclients global missions.Thispositionis responsible formanagingmaintaining and supporting theclientsIT systems and services to ensure theyoperateefficiently securely and in alignment withmissionneeds.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Install configuremaintain and secure enterprise-level systemsand mission critical applications to includeoperating system software patches and upgrades.

• Support the implementationconfigurationand integration of enterprise systems ensuringseamless data flow and interoperability.

• Monitor analyze troubleshoot and resolvesystem hardware software and networkingissues/incidents upgrades and enhancementstooptimizeoperations.

• Perform system backups and recovery.

• Enforce security protocols conduct audits and ensure compliance with data integrity and privacy standards.

• Develop andmaintainStandard Operating Procedures for conducting server host and virtual machine builds on prem and cloud environments.

• Providesupport to systems hosting complex operational databases software configuration control and system interfaces for computer systems.

• Maintain file serversandnetwork access.

• ProvideTier 2-3ITtechnicalsupportproviding guidance andforresolving support issues.

**Position is Contingent on Contract Award**

BasicQualifications:

• Active Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with ability to obtain aPoly clearances.

• Minimum of2yearsof relevant experiencewithaBachelorsdegree;0years withaMastersdegree;6years withno degree.

• Certification:CompTIA Security.

• Good interpersonal and communications skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI with Poly clearances.

• Experience working in a cloud environment.

• Other Certifications:ITIL;AWS CloudPractitioner;VMware Certified Associate (VCA); AWS Sys Ops Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate; Nutanix Certified Professional OR Microsoft Endpoint Manager orpreviousSCCM certifications

• ServiceNow and SharePoint experience.
