Required Skills
5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration implementation and optimization
7 years of experience with Sales Processes workflows pipeline management and process optimization
3 years of experience as a Business Analyst gathering requirements documenting processes working with cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills
CRM certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant)
Experience developing training materials and SOPs for CRM adoption
Experience with Salesforce CRM
