Highlights of your role
  • Manage strategic supplier partnerships including performance development and ongoing relationship management

  • Lead contract management activities and support negotiation of key business terms with suppliers

  • Execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities ensuring alignment with business objectives

  • Analyze supplier performance and provide recommendations to improve cost quality delivery and overall value

  • Maintain and manage the approved supplier panel by incorporating stakeholder feedback and performance data

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing activities with business needs and priorities

Youre a good fit if you have (or if you can)
  • A bachelors degree in business supply chain management finance or a related field

  • 7-15 years of experience in supply chain procurement leadership project management or a related field

  • Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skillsincluding contract-related experience

  • Ability to analyze inventory usage and supplier performance to inform sourcing decisions

  • Strong contract negotiation skills including structuring negotiating and finalizing enterprise-level commodity agreements while managing risk and ensuring compliance is preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong computer skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office products

  • Purchasing process and systems knowledge

  • Leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
