We are seeking experienced Enterprise AI Workflow Experts to support an innovative project focused on AI adoption enablement and business process improvement. You will design and evaluate AI-powered workflows that improve productivity and solve real-world business challenges.

No prior AI training experience is required.

• Design build and optimize AI-powered and agentic workflows for business processes.
• Evaluate AI agent performance and identify reasoning workflow and tool-use gaps.
• Develop practical use cases test cases and operational playbooks.
• Document workflows outcomes and best practices for enterprise AI adoption.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve AI systems and business workflows.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.

• Professional experience in Sales Growth Product Management Project Management Finance or a related business function.
• Hands-on experience using AI agents as part of professional workflows.
• Experience building and operating multi-tool AI workflows.
• Familiarity with tools such as Gmail Drive Slack Jira APIs MCP connectors Zapier Make or n8n.
• Ability to connect data sources configure permissions and integrate AI agents with business systems.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
