Were looking for a passionate and community-driven Student Recruiter to help connect youth and adult learners with our educational programs. The right candidate will enjoy outreach relationship-building and helping students take their first step toward success.

This is a flexible part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys networking and making a difference in the community.

• Conduct outreach by phone email and in-person at community events.

• Assist prospective students with enrollment questions and application steps.

• Represent the Academy at schools churches and workforce events.

• Maintain records of contacts applications and outreach efforts.

• Collaborate with the leadership team to support enrollment targets.

• Experience in recruitment admissions community outreach or customer service (preferred).

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Organized proactive and mission-driven.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

• Flexible schedule (approx. 10 hours/week).

• Growth potential into admissions or outreach management.
