Enrichment Band Instructor position is currently being offered at American Canyon High School. Candidates should be experienced in percussion pedagogy rehearsal planning and implementation teaching high school-aged students and teaching small and large group instruction. Applicants will be required to obtain First Aid/CPR NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching NFHS Sudden Cardiac Arrest NFHS Concussion in Sports and Heat and Illness prevention as well as all other Napa Valley Unified School District season begins in February and runs through May. Duties include working with one or more of the districts high schools Marching Band and/or Winter Percussion programs. Throughout theproduction the coach will work alongside the credentialed teacher at American Canyon High Schoolsupporting students of varying skill levels. This role includes rehearsal preparation instruction andperformance support at one or more school sites contributing to a high-quality production for a diversestudent body.
