As a Network Performance Engineer youll be responsible for testing and analyzing network coverage. Youll be participating in cross-functional projects and working in a collaborative environment with other passionate and skilled team members to create a positive impact on our business.

• Evaluating service performance trends and isolating root causes of impacted services.

• Providing technical analysis troubleshooting and training assistance to markets and regions as requested.

• Optimizing networks using traditional and innovative means.

• Supporting stakeholder organizations to identify and solve complex problems.

Youre tech savvy and well-versed in all things telecommunications No stranger to a fast-paced environment you manage multiple assignments and competing priorities while staying focused on important deadlines. You can quickly build relationships with a diverse range of people and explain complex technical issues in a way that everyone can understand.

Youll need to have:

• Bachelors degree or one or more years of relevant experience required demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

• Working primarily night shift hours to perform network testing optimization vendor support and system maintenance.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• A degree.

• Experience in working with high speed wireless technologies.

• Strong communication skills.
