What Youll Do
As a FlexSchool Teacher you will combine strong teaching practice with creativity collaboration and personalized student support. Core responsibilities include:
- Plan and teach engaging courses (minimum 5 classes per trimester)
- Create inclusive supportive classroom environments for diverse learners
- Collaborate with Learning Specialists and Counselors to implement student Learning Profiles and accommodations
- Maintain grading assignments and communication through our school systems
- Lead a daily advisory supporting students academic and executive functioning growth
- Participate in faculty collaboration professional development and school events
- Communicate regularly and thoughtfully with students and families
- Support electives FlexFriday programming and broader school community activities
- Prepare reports and documentation related to student progress meetings and recommendations

Schedule & Expectations
- On campus approximately 7:45 AM 4:00 PM
