Maintain property and operations of the Youll Do:Inspects the building grounds and necessary repairs and equipment and local and state building with all company safety a maintenance log and writes shift any issues to the maintenance to repair and maintenance requests in a timely written and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager or with the maintenance team and contractors as and follows manuals blueprints and other written equipment including power tools hand tools electric tools and plumbing preventive maintenance as requested with a matrix and reports progress to manager upon You Need to Succeed:Fluent English read and write necessaryHigh school diploma or equivalentThorough knowledge of hand tools and carpentry toolsMust be able to make repairs to basic electrical and plumbing systemsBasic maintenance knowledgeLicenses or certifications desirable but not requiredOur total compensation package includes medical dental paid life insurance policy 401K Paid Time Off dining & travel Hilton discounts Meyer Jabara travel discounts special offers from our business partners discount programs and so much candidate will be required to submit to a background check prior to start of employment.
