Job Summary

This individual will be involved with cutting-edge Cable TV (CATV) head-end equipment and set top box technology. This individual should be a high-energy quick learner who enjoys a hands-on fast-paced work environment.
1st Shift: 6:00AM - 2:40PM Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:â
- Support and Maintain Test Systems for Testing Consumer Electronicsâin production line
- Troubleshoot test systems and find root cause of problems and resolve
- Analyze technical requirements and effort associatedâwith test systems and products
- Generate engineering documents including schematics diagnostics flowcharts and project status reports
- Configure and Calibrate Test systems
- Monitor Performance of the tester and improve tester performance
- Report software bugs to development team
- Implement new softwares into test systems and upgrade software and hardware as neededâ
Required Skills & Qualifications:â
- Associate degree or B.S. Degree
- Basic knowledge of Electrical and Electronics
- 0-2âyears experienceâin Test Engineering and Production Shop floor experience
- Clear discriminatory approach to solving engineering problems
- Basic knowledge of C C# C Python JTAG CLI or LINUX applications
- UnderstandingâAndroid/iOSâPhones Testingâis a plus
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent analytical written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to interact professionally with the customer in written and verbal communications
Required Experience
- Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field of Science (Bachelors degree preferred)
- Internship or project experience with test engineering
