SEWSEl Paso Customer Service Center (Eastside)
Job Title Engineering Technician
Support for QA wire harness department doing harness inspections TDI analysis of samples reworks and repairs as well as training external companies inspectors for MFD Riv Ford and STL
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Support and confirm customer audits
- Inspection of harnesses against print from dimensions to TDI analysis.
- Assure critical points quality quality control system and inspection standard
- Rework and repair of harnesses using prints and customer specifications to ensure the quality of the product is maintain
- Prepare analysis reports of samples (components and finish goods)
- Any other additional activity assigned by the supervisor
- Flexibility to travel to Mexico and US
Qualifications
- Minimum of 0-1 years as quality technician or similar
- Experience in a manufacturing environment desired
- Experience with computer office software desired
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English / Spanish
- Experience with problem solving methodologies.
- Experience in drawing and schematics reading desired.
- HS/GED Required
