Engineering Support Coordinator

Location: Olivette MO
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (7:30 AM-4:30 PM may be available)
Pay: $20-$25/hour
Type: Temporary with potential for long-term hire

A growing electrical and engineering services organization is seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Support Coordinator to assist its Engineering Department with project documentation labeling and administrative support functions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized takes pride in accuracy and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. The position combines office administrative responsibilities with support for fabrication and engineering operations.

Responsibilities

• Create and print labels used for prefabricated electrical components and job-site installations

• Assemble pull packages and term packages for wiring kits and fabrication projects

• Support engineering and fabrication teams with project documentation

• Gather information for project billing and invoicing activities

• Assist with ordering office and project-related supplies

• Provide general administrative support to the Engineering Department

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Perform additional support duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently

• Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when needed

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

• Administrative project support construction manufacturing engineering support or documentation experience preferred

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally

• Combination of sitting and standing throughout the workday

• Comfortable working in both an office and fabrication shop environment
