Apple Cloud Infrastructure team as part of the Apple Services Engineering team is seeking an extraordinary Engineering Program Manager (EPM) that can help our internal device cloud supporting all of Apples hardware software and services. Your work will help Apple ship entirely new products and features as well as providing critical infrastructure to ensure existing ones continue to meet a high a fast-paced organization with ambitious goals a large user base and the autonomy to build the future of Apple devices. You will have exposure to the latest and greatest software features from their initial concepts on Apples iOS watchOS tvOS visionOS and macOS platforms and work on integrating our software with features in these operating systems. You will be responsible for driving and delivering programs collaborating with teams nearly across all engineering organisations at Apple in this role with broad cross-functional exposure.

Youll need a strong background in program and project management complemented by relevant technical partner with a diverse set of teams across Apple to provide them with groundbreaking solutions that operate at substantial scale and help Apple ship entirely new products and features

8 years experience in software development project management in compute Infrastructure and experience end to end project delivery; building roadmaps through to operational and experience in delivering large scale infrastructure programs deployments to AWS/Azure/GCP compute organizational project management and technical acumen with expertise in execution prioritization risk to drive engineering discussions for prioritizing features technical road facilitation skills (requirements sessions design meetings progress and status meetings).nExcellent verbal and written communication skills to represent at all levels of the with technical skills: Networking Protocols Strong OS Fundamentals Distributed Systems Infra at scale SDLC nBA/BS degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related degree or related professional experience

Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving project experience with evidence and able to demonstrate background and/or played the role of a Scrum Master is -motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking to manage multiple simultaneous end to end infrastructure technical projects and stakeholder community comprising of various engineering teams and their partners
