We are seeking an Engineering Manager Data Warehouse Engineering to lead the design and evolution of a modern enterprise data platform built on Databricks and Azure.
You will be responsible for architecting scalable data systems leading a team of engineers and driving best practices across data engineering automation and security. This role blends technical depth with leadership allowing you to stay hands-on while also mentoring and guiding a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of data engineers while fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking engineering culture
Design and architect scalable data warehouse and lakehouse solutions using Databricks and Azure
Build and optimize data pipelines ingestion frameworks and transformation processes
Implement DevSecOps principles to ensure security compliance and reliability across the data platform
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing deployment and environment consistency
Drive automation across data workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
Partner with analytics IT and business teams to deliver reliable high-quality data solutions
Evaluate and integrate modern technologies including AI and machine learning to enhance data capabilities
Requirements
Seven or more years of experience in data engineering or data warehouse architecture
At least three years in a technical leadership or engineering management role
Strong hands-on expertise with Databricks including Delta Lake Apache Spark and MLflow
Experience building and deploying data solutions within Microsoft Azure environments
Background in DevSecOps CI/CD and infrastructure automation
Experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare is preferred
Strong ability to mentor engineers while remaining technically engaged
