Because we value in-person collaboration travel is an expected part of every role. What Youll Do

As an Engineering Manager youll be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the design development and implementation of our products. Youll play a key role in guiding the technical direction of our projects ensuring the highest quality of engineering work and supporting the professional growth of your team members.

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers providing technical guidance and career development support
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
• Own your teams delivery quality and timely execution
• Guide key technical decisions around new product initiatives
• Work closely with other departments including product design and QA to align engineering activities with company objectives
• Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes and practices to enhance team efficiency and product quality
• Assist in recruiting onboarding and training new engineering team members

What Youll Bring

• 7 years in software development with at least 2 years of engineering leadership experience
• You have built and developed an impactful team of passionate engineers
• You are able to tackle sophisticated engineering problems that deliver results which help the team to achieve its objectives
• Youre passionate about being in a product-focused environment where everyone cares deeply about customer impact
