In this role youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing infrastructure. As the Engineering Lead Infrastructure & Facilities you will lead the strategy development and long-term stewardship of critical site infrastructure utilities and facilities that enable safe reliable and compliant operations. This is a unique opportunity to support the ramp up of our new Radioligand Therapy manufacturing site in Denton Texas helping build the foundation for future growth while driving major capital projects infrastructure readiness operational reliability and long-term campus expansion. Working across Engineering Operations Quality Environmental Health and Safety and project teams you will influence the success of a state-of-the-art manufacturing site from buildout through sustained operations.

Job Description

• Lead infrastructure utilities facilities and building strategies supporting manufacturing operations and future site growth.
• Support the ramp up of Novartis new Radioligand Therapy manufacturing site in Denton Texas.
• Serve as the site engineering representative for infrastructure and facility-related capital projects.
• Drive facility readiness commissioning qualification startup and operational turnover activities.
• Develop asset lifecycle maintenance reliability and utility capacity management programs.
• Partner across Engineering Operations Quality Environmental Health and Safety and Maintenance teams.
• Lead infrastructure planning risk mitigation sustainability initiatives and future campus expansion efforts.

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 610 years of experience in engineering facilities utilities infrastructure maintenance or capital projects.
• Proven experience supporting facility utility or infrastructure systems within complex operational environments.
• Experience managing contractors external service providers and capital project activities.
• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management infrastructure reliability utilities buildings grounds and facility operations.
• Demonstrated leadership communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with a systems-thinking approach.

• Experience within regulated manufacturing environments including pharmaceutical biotechnology or advanced therapy production settings.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements and facility commissioning qualification or startup activities.

The salary for this position is expected to range between $114100 and $211900 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like but not limited to relevant skills and experience and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and depending on the level of the role eligibility to be considered for annual equity -based eligible employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health life and disability benefits a 401(k) with company contribution and match and a variety of other addition employees are eligible for a generous time off package including vacation personal days holidays and other leaves.
